1    Scope范围
This International Standard specifies requirements for a quality management system when an
organization:本标准为下列组织规定了质量管理体系要求：
a) needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet
customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and需要证实其具有稳定地提供满足
顾客要求及适用法律法规要求的产品和服务的能力；
b) aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system,
including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and

Customer requirements 顾客要求
all requirements specified by the customer (e.g., technical, commercial, product and manufacturing 
process-related requirements, general terms and conditions, customer-specific requirements, etc.) 
Where the audited organization is a vehicle manufacturer, vehicle manufacturer subsidiary, 
or joint venture with a vehicle manufacturer, the relevant customer is specified by the 
vehicle manufacturer, their subsidiaries, or joint ventures.
