0.2 Quality management principles 质量管理原则
This International Standard is based on the quality management principles described in ISO 9000. The
descriptions include a statement of each principle, a rationale of why the principle is important for the
organization, some examples of benefits associated with the principle and examples of typical actions
to improve the organization’s performance when applying the principle.本标准是在ISO 9000所阐述的
质量管理原则基础上制定的。每项原则的介绍均包含概述、该原则对组织的重要性的依据、应用该原
则的主要益处示例以及应用该原则提高组织绩效的典型措施示例。
The quality management principles are:质量管理原则是：

Design for assembly (DFA) 装配设计(DFA)
Process by which products are designed with ease of assembly considerations. (e.g., if a product contains
fewer parts it will take less time to assemble, thereby reducing assembly costs)
出于便于装配的考虑设计产品的过程。（例如，若产品含有较少零件，产品的装配时间则较短，从而
减少装配成本。）
Design for manufacturing and assembly（DFMA）制造和装配的设计(DFMA)
combination of two methodologies：Design for Manufacture (DFM), which is the process of optimizing
thedesign to be easier to produce, have higher throughput, and improved quality; and Design for
Assembly (DFA), which is the optimization of the design to deduce risk of error, lowering costs, and
making it easier to assemble两种方法的结合：制造的设计(DFM)— 为更易生产，更高产量及改进的质
量的优化设计的过程，装配的设计(DFA)为减少出错风险、降并更易装配的设计优化。
