0.2 Quality management principles 质量管理原则
This International Standard is based on the quality management principles described in ISO 9000. The
descriptions include a statement of each principle, a rationale of why the principle is important for the
organization, some examples of benefits associated with the principle and examples of typical actions
to improve the organization’s performance when applying the principle.本标准是在ISO 9000所阐述的
质量管理原则基础上制定的。每项原则的介绍均包含概述、该原则对组织的重要性的依据、应用该原
则的主要益处示例以及应用该原则提高组织绩效的典型措施示例。

Advanced product quality planning (APQP)  产品质量先期策划(APQP)
Product quality planning process that supports development of a product or service that will satisfy
customer requirements; APQP service as a guide in the development process and also a standard way to

and specification compliance，production process design，quality inspection standards，process capability，
production capacity，production packing，product testing and operator training plan，among other items

Process by which products are designed with ease of assembly considerations. (e.g., if a product contains
fewer parts it will take less time to assemble, thereby reducing assembly costs)

Customer requirements 顾客要求
all requirements specified by the customer (e.g., technical, commercial, product and manufacturing

or joint venture with a vehicle manufacturer, the relevant customer is specified by the 
vehicle manufacturer, their subsidiaries, or joint ventures.
